Overall Goal:  I want to reduce my bodyfat down to 11% in the next 3 months. I want to get down to 9% in the next 6 months.

When I Started:
How I Started:
I started in my early 20's, but I got more intense around 32 when I had some intestinal problems and my weight got to 190 lb. The doctor's orders were to drop weight and I was able to drop down to 168. I haven't been able to keep up the strict regimen for the last few years. I started this Bodyspace page because my weight creeped up to 187 lb, even though my blood pressure was 107/67. I feel like I am in shape but carrying too much weight and fat.
Why I Love It:
The rush afterwards, the sense of accomplishment and the end results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think that has been the biggest problem, my lack of motivation. I have a wife and 3 kids with very little extra time. I need to get motivated again and this Bodyspace is my hope for that.

I exercise enough so that my blood pressure is low but my bodyfat and my overall weight is too high. The most comfortable body makeup I have had was at 165 with an 8%-9% bodyfat. I want to get back to that.
