Fit Status:  My cardio is suffering because it's been raining and I can't bike. So I'm doubling up on squat and leg press sets. The poor babies.

What chest workout has worked best for you?
Love to pump those pecs with hammer strength machine press; lying dumbbell press; HEAVY peck deck; cable crossovers; dips.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Supersets with successive cable and dumbbell curls, paired with triceps extensions. Barbell curls, concentration curls, machine curls.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Paired supersets with bis. Cable pressdowns, both hands and single handed sets, and skull crushers. Normally 8-10 reps, 6 sets. Lying tri-press, kickbacks, dips.

The back has healed and I'm up to my pre-injury weights.  It feels great to hammer the weights to near screaming exhaustion, get a super pump again, and watch everything grow and grow.   Your body will do what you force it to do within safety margins.

thanks! still got some work to do now to shed a bit of bodyfat... gained quite a lot of weight from my bulk, but also a big bit of fat... that one needs to go away! wanna look lean as last year in my cut, but a little heavier!
