What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Supersets with successive cable and dumbbell curls, paired with triceps extensions. Barbell curls, concentration curls, machine curls.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Paired supersets with bis. Cable pressdowns, both hands and single handed sets, and skull crushers. Normally 8-10 reps, 6 sets. Lying tri-press, kickbacks, dips.
The back has healed and I'm up to my pre-injury weights. It feels great to hammer the weights to near screaming exhaustion, get a super pump again, and watch everything grow and grow. Your body will do what you force it to do within safety margins.
Will, oh no man Im not knocking it..Im glad I dont look older than I do. I hope it stays with me for along time. I take pretty good care of myself. Ive never smoked and I dont drink alcohol in excessive amounts, and I eat pretty healthy year round. I will never stop going to the gym, I will just have to balance it with everything else. Ive been in relationships that have suffered but I will never let a girl tell me that I need to go to the gym less...Ill probaly be single forever LOL
haha man I wish i looked tough...i look like a little kid sometimes...people in this country always say that i look 24-25 and i dont mind it, my goal is to look 30 when i am 40 :)

Cool. Remember to plan in time to allow those tendons to catch up. I'm actually going to do that over the next two weeks. Get rid of any potential injuries before beginning the mass assault. Posted my goals for this next round. Oh in case interested, Pepsi Throwback (with real sugar) is back out. -T
Thanks Will! Actually, I haven't gained a single pound of muscle during the cut. Lost about a pound of muscle though, but lost 11lbs of fat. Going to be switching to massing here. Better start making those guns bigger, cuz I'm gonna be knocking on your door before you know it. ;) Anything to push your guns to freakish proportions.

hey thanks man! My diet worked out pretty well, so now I'm trying to gain lean mass and still work on my abs. put on a few holiday pounds though haha but nothing major. how's your training going?
