What chest workout has worked best for you?
Love to pump those pecs with hammer strength machine press; lying dumbbell press; HEAVY peck deck; cable crossovers; dips.
What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Supersets with successive cable and dumbbell curls, paired with triceps extensions. Barbell curls, concentration curls, machine curls.
What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Paired supersets with bis. Cable pressdowns, both hands and single handed sets, and skull crushers. Normally 8-10 reps, 6 sets. Lying tri-press, kickbacks, dips.

The back has healed and I'm up to my pre-injury weights. It feels great to hammer the weights to near screaming exhaustion, get a super pump again, and watch everything grow and grow. Your body will do what you force it to do within safety margins.

Well i'm starting my prep pretty soon.. I'm planning out my training on wednesday, and will start planning my diet in about 2 weeks time ! gosh i'm excited.
I've been cleaning up my diet over the last two weeks and i've dropped to 147lbs.. I was 154lbs. I'll compete at about 136lbs! x
