Love to pump those pecs with hammer strength machine press; lying dumbbell press; HEAVY peck deck; cable crossovers; dips.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Supersets with successive cable and dumbbell curls, paired with triceps extensions. Barbell curls, concentration curls, machine curls.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Paired supersets with bis. Cable pressdowns, both hands and single handed sets, and skull crushers. Normally 8-10 reps, 6 sets. Lying tri-press, kickbacks, dips.
The back has healed and I'm up to my pre-injury weights. It feels great to hammer the weights to near screaming exhaustion, get a super pump again, and watch everything grow and grow. Your body will do what you force it to do within safety margins.
Ok today is a toughie...I am giving it the hardest longest stretch in my biceps to bring them full out blown! haha! I am doing 10 sets of 25 reps with a 40 pound dumbbell. I am knocking out hammers. Next time will be another but today has one focus pain and unreal growth brother. I am more than honored to be ur pal!
