How I Started: I got tired of being the funny FAT kid, So I got a gym membership and started hitting it hard.
Why I Love It: I love the feeling of walking out of the gym all pumped up after a great workout. And after you see results, it's that much sweeter
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing all the hot, buff, beautiful women on here is motivation enough. And also I'm trying to get to where I want to be, all jacked up and ripped!

I been wanting to compete or complete my first Half-Ironman triathlon for some time now. And finally I say, what the hell, and signed up for the Musselman Triathlon in up sate NY. It's coming up fast (July 13, 2008) and I don't no if I'm even close to being ready. My training is going ok but...

Many people who do long course races usually wear 1-piece triathlon skinsuits under their wetsuits. If your wetsuit fits you properly, there should be minimal leakage of water into your suit. I also suggest saturating your chamois with lubricant before the swim. The only time I'd go with changing in the change tent is when the air temp is extremely cold. I like my cycling gear to be dry for maximum warmth.
