Little5D I'm a bit obsessive compulsive. Care to answer that question for me? I tried to get to bed at 11. That didnt happen. Slept in til 630 today. Im pretty much not running for a month. Ugh not looking fwd to getting fat. Feb 2, 2010 6:57pm

allieninja at the gym at my job... hardly anyone there ever, no one around to spot :( gonna just do less weight more reps for now while I'm cutting, can always stop at less instead of failure after 4. Feb 2, 2010 12:02pm

Little5D Hello! The knee was alright the first few days but its starting to act up again. Spendin the weekend off my feet. Or at least trying to. Its bumming me out. But what can i do? Hows training for you? Great by the looks of it! :) Jan 30, 2010 7:52pm

allieninja its on a 2 week hold due to christmas cookies and no gym access @_@ I start again the 4th. Hoping for at least 3lbs of muscle from beginning of Jan - end of March. Then depending on weather I will either start cutting in April or keep bulking til May. Dec 30, 2009 2:00pm
