Stay at this bantam weight/ light weight class until I compete in October. Then take one year to accumlate solid muscle mass.
Goal (Long):
Maintain my current bodyweight 143.5 or drop to 140 so I can compete in the light weight division coming this October (OCB event). Afterwards, focus on putting some quality weight. I'll try to push towards the 190 - 200 lb.
For now on, I'm going to post my workouts under my blogs most likely under training. I could have sworn you could posts multiple workout schedules under this section. Guess not.
No prob man.. my boy did a 9 week diet sometimes eating only 1 cup of broccli or i cup of oatmeal and you have his build so i already you it ain't easy
I didn't recover. I have lived with it for 4 years. I don't do many lower back excercises. What I do is work around it. Instead of a regular squat I do a smith machine squat with my feet placed in front of me rather than under me. No deadlifts for me. For barbell rows I always have a chest rest to support my lower back. I hope your back injury is short term. Good luck.
