After school- Monday Wednesday and Friday are chest, Tris, and Shoulders. I do singles, 12-15 sets of bench press,
(i switch up what type of bench i use) of singles, just one good press with a pause. Tuesday and Thursday i do back, Deadlifts, Upper latts, and a lil traps.
After school after liftin- Basketball prct. lots and lots of road work.
