Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Old school write it down in a log.
Hopefully this is my last week doing it this way.
Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?

Hi, yes I do have a lot on my plate, but I'm taking a break from the doctor scene while hubby is deployed to Afghanistan. My kids need one solid parent at home. Otherwise they'd be in childcare all the time. I love my career, but my kids need me while Daddy is away. Have a great night.
