What is the best type of protein for you?

I'm currently in a cutting phase--trying to get some definition. I've taken no xplod & superpump to max my work outs. They help--especially when I get to the cardio portion of my wo. I have toyed with some fat burners, but haven't found any I really thought were all that. Have you had success with any?
