Oh the oil, I was over at a friends house and it was a joke.
He's a bit on the chunky side and wanted to look like a bidy builder.
I said well that ain't gunna happen at the moment but you can oil yourself up like they do.
So we both did.

Yes I did have a gut. Not a big one just a bit of fat.
I'm in the 9th grade now, I had a gut from 4th throught till 8th when I started doing something about it.
I have always been fairly lean but I got up to about 22% BF at one point and I thought that's enough.
Crunches. They're just sit ups.
You know, lay on the floor bend your knees and try to sit up.
Yeah, your right 100 isn't that many but the way I see it, if you can do 100, there isn't much point doing 600, it isn't going to make that much more of a difference.
Do weighted crunches / situps insted.
You do the same thing except you hold a weight behind your head when doing it.
Or do I think they're called incline sit ups.
Where you lay on a bed for example. Your upper body is hanging over the edge of the bed. And when you go down from a sit up, you go below flat, so example. You might on the 'up' part go up to 50 degrees above flat, but on the 'down' part you go 25 degrees below flat so effectivly you are doing a sit up, but it has a longer range and thus is better for you.
I think thats how it works anyway.
How did I get my abs?
All I've ever done on my abs is crunches.
Every second or third day, I do crunches usually to failure.
Sometimes I can't be stuffed and do 100 or so.
That is 100 normal crunches and 100 reverse crunches.
No! I don't like to pick on anyone, or to be cruel or nasty.
A few times though I might have been on the border though.
Don't take it as I hate anyone!!!
thanks.. And yeah i use NO-Xplode, and its overpriced and doesnt work too great. But things work differently for different people so give it a shot if you want. I'll be switching to Muscletech's naNo x9 after summer though (i'll stay off a nitric oxide booster all summer)
