It was when I was about 15 at 135 lbs. I hanging with one of my buddies and he asked if I wanted to come train with him at our High School gym. So i figured, sure why not. From that point I was hooked. By the time I graduated high school I was 185 lbs. Yeah it just shocked me how fast I grew. Then I got into the bodybuilding aspect of working out from my friend Aaron. Then he talked me into doing a show back in 2006 then he got me hooked on bodybuilding. So I am still writing my story and make it part of my profile everyday as much as possible.
Why I Love It:
It just a better way of challenging yourself and pushing through new barriers, also to see a change in yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
By laying my workouts out in my mind and then do what I got planned, then make it a reality.
BB Accomplishments:
I have competed in 3 NPC bodybuilding contests and there is more to come.

What can I say she has said tons of great things to me and is just an upbeat person. Also has become a good friend and is great to talk to. She has a bright future in this sport, she has the dedication, discipline, and heart for it. She works hard everyday in and out. Plus is just an inspiration to women that are looking to get into the same shape as her. Overall she is just a great person and by far a great motivater.
This guy has been my bro for over....wow 4 years now. He is just amazing in his dedication and discipline he shows when competing, and even when training (which by the way he is strong like an OX!) This guy will go far in this sport. Hes got a lot of potential, plus he is strict year round. Also he is just a motivating person, when you are having a down day or feel like you don't want to work out, he will get you pumped up for it.

so far so good...a new year and definitely trying to make the most of it. working on getting a true fst-7 workout going soon. we'll see how things go. other than that trying to get the nutrition side down and upping the intensity.
Hey, I had a good new year, how about you? Diet is going well, just getting back into the swing of a strict routine. How is everything going with MuscleTech? I submitted a fat pic to them and used Stephen Frazier as a reference so hopefully they will at least give me a call. If not I have a feeling after I win the Ronnie Coleman Classic I will have a lot more opportunities for sponsorship! :) Haha
