Well I started mostly because I was sick of being skinny and I just wanted to bulk up a bit, but then I became very involved with lifting. I didn't get into bodybuilding until I was 17 then that's when my body changed the most.
Why I Love It:
It just a better way of challenging yourself and pushing through new barriers, also to see a change in yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
By laying my workouts out in my mind and then do what I got planned, then make it a reality.
BB Accomplishments:
I have competed in 3 NPC bodybuilding contests and there is more to come.

This guy has been my bro for over....wow 4 years now. He is just amazing in his dedication and discipline he shows when competing, and even when training (which by the way he is strong like an OX!) This guy will go far in this sport. Hes got a lot of potential, plus he is strict year round. Also he is just a motivating person, when you are having a down day or feel like you don't want to work out, he will get you pumped up for it.
This girl inspires me because she is my sexy lil lady. She motivates me everyday telling me about how I will do well in the sport of bodybuilding. She is just an awesome girl to talk to and she has the most beautiful figure. Plus she trains pretty hardcore for a girl, I have never met a girl that does the same kind of routine as me...she just kicks a$$!
I submitted a recruitment request online for MuscleTech today, hopefully everything goes well and they are interested in sponsoring me for 2010. Only a few more days to go, are you ready?
Hey what's up! Heard you spoke with Tim. He made two really great videos for me. Check them out on my profile under my videos. I knew you would probably have some good pics after your comp and with the MuscleTech shoot. Some of my pics were taken from a pro photographer, but most of my action shots are from a friend with a camera in the gym. I am glad you are pumped for your comp, I know as it gets closer you get more and more exhausted! Keep it up!
Impressive work, man. I esp envy your shoulder width, but overall physique shows much discipline and a hard work ethic. Best of luck with all your goals.
Well hopefully you won't have to compete in April! Keep up the good work and make sure that you are confident in yourself and don't compare yourself to others and you will win.
Haha...that is okay, I understand. I am doing the Ronnie Coleman Classic here in Texas and then depending on how I do will determine if I will do the Lone Star which is about 2 mths after that. I just have to take it one thing at a time.
Yeah make sure you do. Nothing new here just trying to put on weight/muscle in the next month or two and then I will probably start dieting again for my show in April. Blah, I feel fat, but I am eating clean so I know it is mostly just water weight.
Forsure...i know a couple bartenders up at lux...or u could roll down to my dudes club in cleveland...ill prolly roll there in a limo bus or sumthin...
Thanks! I study the law of attraction and it really keeps me in the right mindset which is very important to becoming a champion. Hang in there, just two more weeks to go.
