How I Started:
I started probably for the same reasons many people do...I wasn't satisfied with the way I looked. I also felt pretty much like garbage. My diet was horrible. I was tired all the time and had zero energy.
Why I Love It:
I feel like I am making a difference in my life. I feel more positive, healthy, and energetic. It also gives me time to myself to think, a break from everyday life.

I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you have proven that with hard work and dedication it can be done. Keep up the great work.
