How I Started:
my bro's worked out and i looked up to them and wanted to do what they do. so i started when i was 12 and been doin it off and on since.
Why I Love It:
i love making my body change and getting stronger.

because it requires me to meet my goals.

i would say never give up. it goes faster than it comes. all ways keep your head up and train hard. mind over matter.

just a couple months back in the gym and i feel great. its amazing how lifting some weight can change your attitude.

Thanks for the advice - of course what I'm doing now is completely different so I'll try changing it around as you suggest. My new goal is to be the "freakishly strong" old man that kids are afraid of (hahaha)!

Congrats on setting a record last summer - going for 400 lbs? You look like you should be able to close to that now. Keep up the great work and feel free to share any bench training tips you have (please!). I'm working on getting my bench up now - I miss being able to put up over 300 lbs for some reason...
