I started working out in football at the age of 14 and started really likeing it. I started entering in powerlifting competitions and hold 4 world records for my weight and age in the INSA. I was heavier and didn't liked the way I looked so my friend Mark Gary and fellow bodybuilder got me started with it, and I have never looked back since.
Why I Love It:
I love lifting, the way I can transform my body over time, and how big the pros can get and hopefully someday I can be there.
How I Stay Motivated:
Buying pro bodybuilding workout videos and magazines.
BB Accomplishments:
Im training as of right now for the Ronnie Coleman Classic on April 19th.
I want to train and win most if not all the shows I enter. To work my way up through the ranks to become one of the top ranked amature athletes and be able to come pro and go on to be one of the best in the game.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 35 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
3%
