Basics are best!
Eat natural (less processed!) foods in small meals every 2 -3 hours, suppliment with protein powder to add protein and protein variety to my meals, and add basic amino acid and vitamins as needed. I don't feel there is a need to throw tons of cash at the companies who are only out for my $. I can get the same stuff eating healthy!
