TRAIN HARD, FIGHT HARDER!!!
I generally alternate a three week strength (6-8 rep exercises) then a three week endurance (10-14 rep exercises) workout program. On each day, I perform three sets on nine / ten random exercises for the chosen muscle groups.
Monday - Biceps and upper middle abdominals
Tuesday - Shoulder and Traps
Wednesday - Entire Back and lower abdominals and obliques
Thursday - Triceps and forearms
Friday - Abdominals and Pectorals
Saturday - Legs and lower back
Sunday - Cardiovascular endurance training exercise from different Military workouts

Still Under Review
I'm currently eating six meals a day over a 18 hour period.
Each meal averages around 30g of protein mainly from meat then fish. I make sure i eat the desired cupfulls of carbohydrates that i plan i would expend for that day. I'm a fan of fruit and vegetables which i eat in surplus.
My goal is to increase the protein intake to around 400 grams per day over seven meals, but i am still in the process of finding which foods my body can utilise the best, and working out a regime to eat the meals i want/need when i am at work with different shift times.
I use no supplements or protein shakes (yet), as i am making sure my body is fully comfortable in taking in its daily foods first, before i venture into the supplements...

I will not stop until i reach my own high standards!
My biggest critic is myself. I will not stop until i have the strength and physique i am aiming for. When i reach that level of fitness i'll only keep on chasing further dreams, so it will be like an ongoing cycle to reach perfection which i think is actually a healthy obsession.
From a young age i have always worked my hardest in whatever task i set myself, so i think it was only a matter of time until i came across sculpting the human body which we live and breath in. I will battle my way through all of the likely plateaus and i'll keep on changing my lifting programs and short term goals/nutritional plans, in order to earn a body i will one day be content with.
I thank God for giving me a healthy body which i will push to its limits and keep at its fittest state. I know i have a long and tough journey ahead, but i relish the challenge and i will not quit until i reach my ultimate goals.
