I've always been chubby and BB gives me the sense of accomplishment and its not just a sport it's a lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump and to see my strength gains.

none so far but I'm hoping to put on 5-6 pounds of muscle in the next year and cut to 7-8% bodyfat.

my back was sore from inproper form. It hurt for 4 days and i just waited it out

See, what defines a good arm from a huge chunk of meat is the shoulder! Triceps is bigger than biceps, I think I don't need to be telling you this, but like in school when I did not like a subject I learned to love it by hitting it harder, enjoy triceps and shoulder day as you like chest or biceps. Jimmy, new picture show good chest separation. Biceps are looking bigger as well, I think I need to work mine harder, heavier! Don't forget the shoulders (light weight, many reps) Keep pumping heavy!
