Hey! Thanks for the visit. Good luck with your goals - You are already looking good, and at 18 you still have A LOT of time to grow, tweak, and strip down to perfection... Just keep up the solid training and nutrition and you'll get there!

Look, eating a PBJ sandwich when your cuttin is bad... but at 18 after an intense work out? I'd say eat a couple with a protein shake if you're interested in puttin on some size. If you're cuttin and low on energy, eat some strawberries or an orange a couple times during the day. I also have 2 cups of rice too. One a couple hours before my work out and the other 5 or 6 hour earlier or later depending what part of the day I worked out.

Some great progress fella; you're definitely looking bulkier. You'll look awesome once you get your body fat down.

Some of my best workouts are semi-hungover. And those are some ideal sources of motivation, haha.

Interesting that your favorite part to work is the neck. What exercises do you do for that? I can't think of much more beyond the harness or maybe lying on a bench and putting a plate on the back of the head?

Good luck, remember to create enough caloric deficit to burn the additional fat (running at low pace, say short distances like 5km in about 40 minutes) but not that much that will eat all the muscle mass you have gain (by party or by eating right)
By age, it should be relatively easy for you to get there. Good luck

Six Packs are well cooked; bulking will hide them out. Yea the weight was over the roof when I checked today. But do you need one?
