How I Started:
Five years ago we got a shar-pei puppy. After seeing my dog's parents I'd decided I had to have some muscles to be stronger then my dog. :) So I started trainig with weights and walking my dog twice a day every day. Those were my best 3,5 years. My dog was my best fitness trainer, my buddy and true soulmate. He passed away July'08. Since then everything is harder for me but I'm trying to go back on track...
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel and be strong, confident, energetic, well-shaped and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I do not want to look like an average woman of my age.
