How I Started:
I grew up as a "husky" built kid and wanted to learn how to change. Unlike most people I could never have any kind of satisfaction with myself unless I was the best I could be. I read everything I could from books, to online articles, countless magazines and was bit by bodybuilding around 16 years old.
Why I Love It:
It is the most challenging lifestyle you could pursue, as its 24/7 and never ends haha. The connection between my body, mind and soul is something I enjoy. Bodybuilding strengthens every part of my being and helps me with goals in my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love challenging myself. The constant craving to better myself (more muscle, less bodyfat) Im a very self motivated, self driven, do it or die kinda guy, its something thats a part of me.
BB Accomplishments:
I want to compete in a show next year, as I have not yet done one.

Thanksgiving was gooood! Did 2 workouts one in the am and one in the evening. Just had turkey n green beans. Started up on the creatine again. How was yours??
