How I Started:
Found a pair of 6 lb dumb bells that belonged to my mother when I was 12 and started to do curls then at 15 began going to an actual gym with my cousins Chad and P.J....played high school basketball and got into bodybuilding once i tore my ACL.
Why I Love It:
Health reasons. Body sculpting. It's addicting. Sports Performance. self accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just knowing that it's the one thing I have full control over.Every time I walk in to a store or go somewhere I get constant stares which hopefully means I'm doing something right.
BB Accomplishments:
Went from 15 % body fat to 9 % body fat in 3 months. Increased Max Bench from 205 to 255 in 3 months. Increased Max Bench from 255 to 315 in 2 months.

thanks man..I do about 3 sets of 15 to 20 rep dumbbell shrugs twice a week..i try a lot of different motions looks like you have made excellent progress man..keep it up

I find encouragment from mates is very important along with the hard work that one puts into forming them body to their maximum results such as you have attained, thank you much. whats funny is i go back and forth between bb and fitness modeling. i gain and i lose it just depends on whats comming up and who wants to pay and how much? so as far as the modeling to get started you should look through your mags and find names of photographers and email them directly. it works trust me
