I was happy with the condition i was in but definately needed more size in key areas to compete for a place. Being 6'5" means i need more bulk to stand next to the stockier guys so i dont look strung out. Getting that lean definately pointed out my weaknesses and will help me obtain better proportion. Overall it was a great contest with real commeradery between competitors. Also a well run and organised contest |
