When I Started:
Sep, 2007
How I Started:
I'm back on my B#$#$#t!
Started going to the gym around my block for two month. Then I brought all the stuff needed to workout at home. I
Got jumped & robbed by two young guys and decided to start pumping that iron to kick ass the next time.
Also overdose on meds and lost weight and looked like I was dying the doctors and customers at work thought. Haha
And
Didn't want to pay $55 a month to listen to music I didn't like while working out. I didn't feel like walking around the block to workout neither...call me lazy.
Why I Love It:
It reduces my stress. It makes me feel better knowing I'm improving my body.
Also don't get that eye ball look on the streets anymore from stupid people.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everytime I workout or about to, I think of the reason why I started working out. I also want to get bigger then my big brother......
I stopped workingout a few months ago and seen myself starting to look like the old me and hated it, so I know not to lay off of working out that long or else I'll be giving up on my body and life.
BB Accomplishments:
A little over 11' Forearms!
