well when i started idk how long ago i was at 135 ibs. and benched 210 and now i'm 139 ibs. and bench is up to 225 so i know i'm making progress in bench and i know i'm getting stronger all around its just bench and squat are only two real core lifts i do and squat i havent maxed out on yet.

for football training and academics alot like college. Man the food here has laxatives in it. took a **** 4 times the other day. wat u up to? almost got my summer 6 pack hard to train abs with this strained muscle in my hips.

congrats on new bench.im going to the doctor soon so i might be in football next week. i am finally ungrounded from the stuff on the bus. there is this hot girl (best friend) yet she has a boyfriend how am i suppose to hand these odd situations around them making out?

well I haven't been in the gym for a while so. I don't like what I see happening to me I have lost a lot of mass and not so much strength though. this morning in Health/P.E. I bout killed this one kid. We played Speed Ball. He went for it I run, Jumped right in to him and knock the ball out along with other people.

hey man sorry i haven't been on for a while my computer has crahed and now I have to use my school's. I have been out of football practice for a while cause of a staff infection. so maybe I will start next week. how have you been?

just worked out about an hour ago and power cleaned 120 for 5 reps three sets. I had to spot a friend and he definitely is not as strong at doing our exercises but he is pretty good at jump roping it looks like he is even barely jumping
