How I Started:
I was in Iraq on my 2nd deployment and our little base had an old iraqi building with some old weights in it. I started lifting to aleviate my daily stressors and i fell in love with the feeling of accomplishment. After that i only wanted to improve myself.

I am getting out of the marine corps in a couple months and my goal is to become a firefighter, I need to be in shape to support that occupation for sure. And i cant lie, the ladies keep me liftin'
