How I Started:
It has always been a passion, recently took 18 months off, guess I drank to many lagers:) I was 17 when bitten by the bug.
Why I Love It:
Just look at all the motivation out there on BB.com. It is a rush like no other.
How I Stay Motivated:
I took a long break, but play time is over. Time to get back on the wagon. My motivation stems from within. Like everyone else, I am my own worst critic. If I don't do it,,, no one else will for me.
BB Accomplishments:
None, yet , other than training guys for shows. That in itself is gratification to see my work displayed. Myself however, well I guess you'll have to wait and see :)
Just look at her! Great job on physique. She brings reality to the table, Many professional fitness models do not like to post b4 pics. I commend her on all her hard work.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Progress happens slowly. Rome wasn't built in a day. Keep with it, focus, and find what motivates you. Never let anyone bring u down. gaining good healthy weight is my problem i want to be bigger at least 185-190 so i got yrs of work to do but im on it, nice rack by the way, i couldnt help but to comment im sry!!
