Review: I like this product because it has everything in it you need as a bodybuilder to recover and grow etc. but I have always felt they were SO rock hard they wouldn't digest so I found in a couple books and websites if you take vinegar and water and set your pills in it and let them dissolve for 40 min if they are completely dissolved you have a pretty good vitamin. I did this and even heated the mixture to around 98 degrees 100 to be exact and let it sit and after 45 min it wasn't dissolved...I left it overnight and let it cool and in the morning it still wasn't completely dissolved. so I honestly don't trust it anymore..
