Background

When I Started: Mar 2002
HOW I STARTED:

I started lifting when I was 13 in football then that same year I picked up my first bodybuilding magazine (Flex) and Dennis James was on the front cover. Every since I have wanted to look just like those guys.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love bodybuilding because its an individual sport. You make sacrifices and YOU DECIDE where you will end up. Pushing myself to the limits, pushing till I have nothing left just makes me feel great. Lifting is my hobby, I will always lift. Even when Im old and using little bitty weights :) ha

When I sit back and take a good look at my life I get inspired by the possibilities everyone has in their life. You can do whatever you want as long as you want it bad enough. I feel like I have always had a calling to be different, to be someone. Even if it does take my whole life. I want to be an achiever not a "could have been" but talk is cheap, you have to speak through your actions.

Tomorrow will be one week out from the Ronnie Coleman Classic! I am ready to go compete, I really could care less what place I get, I just want to tare the stage up with my posing! I am dead tired today though, I was SO mad at the world when I had to wake up this morning. I am in psychology class right now then I am off to workout and I am looking forward to my after workout shake!!! woooow myozene is GREAT STUFF! whooooo expensive but goood! I got back today! try not to get hurt because my back has been achy the last couple days, but today its going good! I am going to see if I can schedule a...

Tornado last night

I get a call from my girlfriend last night around 4 saying there is a tornado in Allen where I live...I thought about going right back to sleep haha, but I got in a safe place and listened to the radio because the electricity went out! The tornado warning ended only 15 min later so I was thankful! I was so tired...and I woke up about 10 times this morning from everyone texting and calling me, the electricity came on about 15 min before I got out of bed and Im so glad because I really didnt feel like driving to a gym to do my cardio lol the gym had power but not anywhere around it? and another...

This is my first blog entry! I am up and its 12:46 right now and Im not very sleepy because I took a couple naps today...I dont have to work in the morning so I will hopefully get at least 8 hours of sleep! Tomorrow is shoulders and triceps and ALSO...9 more days till the show! I am ready to compete! Actually on second thought I am pretty tired! Today my back was bothering me, I wasnt sore or anything but it was like a bad ache. I usually dont get that :-/ but it went away after a couple HOURS. Im so hungry so the only way to get rid of that is to go to bed! GOODNIGHT! -MAG
