I remember moving to a new neighborhood in Jr High, and my first friend there had a pair of dumbells that his step dad gave him. Next thing you know I had my first Weider bench. Then in high school I became a TA for 2 years in the weightlifting class.
Why I Love It:
Well I love to be healthy and after finally finishing college and getting done with all the stupid partying I can finally focus on staying healthy and Xploding! I love the feeling of sculpting my body, making changes how I want them, and having control.
How I Stay Motivated:
Now that I am a personal trainer and have begun moving towards physique and fitness photography it really makes it easier to stay motivated. Other than that, reading bodybuilding mags, and watching strongman and UFC and MMA contests on TV helps keep the fire burning.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet but now that I have gotten the consistency down, it's only a matter of time!
Specifically I want to gain 25-30 pounds of muscle in the next 5 months! Bring it!
Goal (Long):
Are 20" pythons too much to ask?? lets see, more specifically I want to break a 200 bench*** News Flash! Just broke 200 this week.Time to push it to 300 before 08'!!!. I would like to be squating around 400 curling 65-70***scratch that make it 100! and do 50 dead hang pull ups, maybe weighted. I want an eight pack and no more pony keg.
