How I Started:
I had the typical youthful small body. I weighed in at 147 lbs. at 6 foot tall. Mainly started to gain Weight/Muscle. I currently weigh in at 250 lbs.
Why I Love It:
I crave the personal challenge. I have always challenged myself and won't give up on myself. I like pushing myself beyond my limits on a daily basis. It is just me and the weights. In the words of Kai Greene " I am not ready to lay down and die just yet".
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking in the mirror. Damn I'm smooth. LOL Honestly I do a 6 day work out with one Body part per day. I also never do the same workout every time. Each day that it is my work out day I am mentally focused and motivated to work that body part.
