Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I like 2 put everything on paper!!! I have the date,weights,reps and sets!!! It helps me understand where I need 2 go with my training!!!

I have been busting my ass in the gym and working 72 hours a week 4-5 weeks  DOING WORK. Working 12 hour nights spending lots of time researching bodybuilding/dieting and educating myself how 2 progress. It has kept me moving forward with my life!!! I just want 2 keep it up with my workouts...
