T-shirt came today. I tried it on was a bit tight around chest and shoulders, but length wise it was a bit long, so im gonna stick with this size.

Well, i dont know what your doing now, but i would suggest cardio to reduce bf %, and at the end of each set do a few "cheat" reps or half reps, where you squeeze the muscle as hard as you can, it dosnt have to get all the way up. This really hits the muscle fiber heads, and help ensure muscle hypertrophy. This technique works really well for me.
