In 8th graded i wanted to make the football team. I had always been small and skinny, and at the first weigh i needed to gain 5 pounds to make the team. By the next weigh in a month later, i had gained 8 pounds of muscle, and had impressed the coach with my dedication.

Started a new H.I.T workout this week. Chest, shoulders, and tricep day went fine. But today was leg day and it was brutal. I wanted to puck before it was over. Now i know why there is an H in H.I.T.
