also started mixing a new weight gain shake with 3 cups whole milk, 2 tble spoons omega peanut butter, 5 scoops protein powder and 1/2 cup dry oats. Blending together at night and sipping throughout the day

Weights 3 on 1 off one bodypart/day with 2 warm up sets 3rd set it to failure including drop sets and negitives, 3-4 exercises per bodypart

Progress is progressive. Trying to fine tune my delts, bring out a little more abs and hit my upper thighs hard this spring before summer hits. Your own progress pix shows a difference in just a month. Give your self a nice hand clap.
