ahh i see, .. xtend is great for cutting because it keeps my endurance up in a calorie defecit (sp) i never get tired as long as im drinking it! ..OR mayb its really good marketing/brainwashing tactics by scivation!! lol

lol, i actually just finished a little 4 week bulk. so i cut xtend out for a month.. but im back to cuttin so im back to about 20 scoops a day!!!! yea buddy.lol how are u?
