How I Started:
I'm a United states Marine and I was injured in combat. I had to go for therapy then I desided I wanted to get back into shape and help my shoulder. After putting on a lot of weight being on bed rest I came to realize that I needed to do something because I was out of shape and I didn't like who I was becoming.
Why I Love It:
I love staying fit and setting new goals. Having that much control over my body feels good. What feels even better is looking into the mirror and seeing how I've changed from when I started. I'm not happy with what I look like now, but maybe soon. Who knows.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard and I'm not going to pretend it's easy to stay motivated. Between a full work load at school,work, and what not it's tough. But the best way I stay motivated is by seeing the progress others have made and finding what I want for myself. I'm an easy gainer but it's tough for me to lose the fat. Thats what I'm working toward now.
BB Accomplishments:
2008 Re-comp contest. The contest that started it all for me. If only I knew what I know now then, maybe I would've come out on top in that one. But live and learn.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually do a 3x10 type of workout just because that's what I have always done.

Not loudly haha but it doesn't bother me I don't think about anyone else when I'm working out.
