Thank you so much for the kind words. Unfortunately AND fortunately for me, I'll be taking quite a while off. Michael & I just found out we're expecting baby number 4 in Novemeber! It was a big surprise but we are happy about it and looking forward to it. I'll be jumping back in to it in a year or so. I wish you well in your weightlifting journey.

I am very proud of him...Watching him work his butt of every day at work, then coming home & lifting almost every evening is seriously motivating & inspirational. He'll turn 31 tomorrow (Feb. 3) & we're going out tonight to celebrate...throw him a happy bday... Thx.
