How I Started:
I've been watching Mike bust his ass for over 2 years now & I love the changes he's made to his body so I thought I'd jump in there & do the same thing. Pregnancy & child birth does evil things to a womans body...I've got a few things I'd like to change.
Why I Love It:
I like the pain after a good workout & I feel a heck of a lot better overall.
EVERYTHING improves. My attitude, my health, my energy & a thousand other things. I love what it does to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mike is my personal trainer & husband of course & looking as good as I can for him is the biggest motivator. Also, the anticipation of different changes in my body. It's always something to look forward to. Why can't Reece's Piece's be good for you?
BB Accomplishments:
That I started working out...lol. I'll change this next summer sometime.
Ok, so I wrote that when I got this prof & here it is almost next summer. I or we (Mike and I) have made accomplishments but not in bbing...lol. We just found out that baby number 4 is due October 30, 2007!!! It was a surprise to find that out but a welcomed one. (After the initial shock & WTF reaction). We're excited now though & looking forward to it. I am obviously taking time off...at least from the hard stuff, until further notice.
