Background
When I Started: Jul 2005
HOW I STARTED:
Pretty much got tired of looking at my fat arse in the mirror....decided I wanted to be an "in shape' father and role model for my kids....thats about it..
WHY I LOVE IT:
Its an outlet....I told my wife once that it was kinda like my sanctuary...It is the only place that I go where I am completely by myself...

Well, here it goes...
Posted in Training : Dec 28, 2010 5:12pmI've been dragging my feet on getting this thing started, but what the schnitz...Here it goes.. I thought I would start on my off day.... Meals: 1. Bowl of cheerios mixed with 2%milk and ON whey strawberry 2. Turkey sandwich with whole grain bread... 3. Serving of turkey meatloaf with 1 serving green beens 4. Leftover turkey meatloaf sandwich on whole wheat 5. before bed protein shake....hurl lol Obviously there will be no workout listed...day off baby+I have been a bit on the sick side.... Tomorrow, however it will be triceps/traps.......Looking forward to it....Well, that wasn't...

Amazing bro. I can see your progress. Your gettin Huge!! Look at those veins in your shoulders. I'm a long ways from that, but its pretty encouraging to see.

check this stuff out. This is the stuff I was telling you about. Its a creatine that is supposed to be okay for your kidneys. Its called "Concrete" I haven't tried it, but I think I might, since I had to quite the other.

Man, it taste really good. My tooth has been bothering me the whole weekend. I'm going in the morn to get it checked out, but man, this is the worst pain I've ever had in my life. That says a lot.
