Well today was the first day out of the gate in a long time. The work out was good. Could have been better but after about 3/4 of the way through it I started getting sick to my stomach. Got 2 sets done on my biceps and my chest. One set done on my shoulders. Will have to go back...

Good Luck to You! You can do it!!! Just always remember it is not a diet it is a lifestyle change! When ever you think of not doing it or taking a short cut.. remember the only person you are cheating is yourself!!!!
