So I'm definitely back in the 'game' of things when it comes to eating better, and maintaining an exercise routine. The holidays seemed to hit hard for me and threw me off the wagon to success, but I'm back on! I've acutally got serious enough to get involved with a dietician -along with...
lol... yea thats about right really. haven't hit the gym in about 6 months. looking to change it soon tho i swear! got a new golds opening close by. flex was just to far, too much traffic. whats good with ya man? hows training going?
yea, i cant blame the weather. its been cold but i just lose focus too easy. but this is my second week back. glad to be back in the gym but i lost a lot of strength. well, i didnt have a "lot" to begin with, but i lost a lot of what i had before. havent done any benching because my old partner lacks focus even more than me, so i dont know how bad i am there. i was doing 300 on the hammer strength and now im down to 270. IT SUCKS!
Wassup buddy! Been about 3 months since i was last up here, or in a gym. Been M.I.A for a while, but I'm back now i swear!haha. Congrats on the progress, and good luck with your goals.
I am glad you decided to check out Body for Life and I agree with you that it contains some great stuff. I believe strongly in the “Holy Trinity” of fitness, which is a great nutrition program along with weightlifting and cardio routines, and BFL seems to have all of those in place. Stay strong, focused and determined.
Hey cycle those carbs I really have seen a big drop in my BF% and keep the protein high. Let me know if I can pass along any info, thats why we are here.
