How I Started:
At first i wanted to loose bodyfat,i didthat and during the program i discovered bodybuilding,i started loveing hard training and started to lurn and read lots of books,till i can finally say i am a real bodybuilder!
Why I Love It:
I love this whey of life!it is the most correct and disciplined path!
i love every work-out and i want to give every best of me doing this!
the sensation during and after a work out is amazing!

BB Accomplishments:
well..i changed body composition,i have lost fat and gained muscle..i a satisfied but most certainly want more muscle and of course more power!
Yesterday i had a good biceps workout at the gym,the strenght was the same,no remarcable progress,but i got a great pump in my arms:)
it went om something like this:at first i did my favorite biceps barbell curls,with the streight barbell,doing 5 sets of 10,tha 8,than 6,gradually encreasing...
Reason: whey is a fast acting protein verry good taken after training:)

im doing the same really, im going to be bulking still for another 5 months then start a major cut, your bulking is looking great u have got pretty big while keeping your bf % down, when do u hope to do these competishion
I don't count calories. I eat every 3 hours and precontest I try to do 2 cardio sessions a day (45min. in the morning/30min. afternoon/evening). Good luck with your training:-)
40kg..hmm.. At 90kg of lean muscle,10+yrs of experience,I can do barbell rows in perfect form with 122kg x 10-12,incline press with 122kg x 8-10,standing military with 95kg x 10-12.. but there's absolutely no way I can feel my lats and lower traps working as they should while going heavier then 45-52kg on the dumbbell rows.. So,if I were you,I'd make sure my form is right..;)
Ketogenic? Oh no.... I eat proteins and green vegetables and I do carb cycling with oats and sweet potatotes to keep my metabolism guessing and burning...My method is very very simple. Off season I allow myself a cheat meal once a week. When I train for a competitition I have to eat super clean for the duration of the contest preperation. No cheats:-(
Yes, I am in to rock (all types) and of course fast cars. I am pretty excited because I just bought another one, a 1969 Firbird. I pick it up this Saturday. I cannot wait to rip it aprt and begin putting it back together.
