meggersf4i I fell off the wagon a little but I haven't given up. I try to add 5-10 lbs to my squat sets per gym visit and that helps get my heart rate up better. Thanks for caring. Haven't heard from you for a couple days. Hope you are well. Jan 2, 2013 10:52pm

meggersf4i Part 3: I like benching and squats the most. I'm not really looking forward to going back to mass PT.. :( Going to be harder to squeeze in gym time, but I need to if I want to ever achieve those results I'm looking for. meggersf4i Whoops just noticed I was loged in as hubby. Anyhow,.. Part 2:It's going to be a long road, but I'm enjoying it more and more. I feel bad the few days I don't go. I didn't really care for the wrist curl day... I don't like dumbbells.. I like barbells better, but Mike is explaining to me they can be better for muscle stability like free weights are better than cable.. I guess I can appreciate that. Dec 29, 2012 9:11pm

Sethelarian Part 1: I know what you mean. I feel like by putting myself out there, it will motivate me more to want to make a noticeable difference... I like seeing pictures of females that have a desirable body type and not manly roid women. I guess I had the notion that if I want to gain muscles I would weigh more on the scale and I was heavy at one time, so I have a thing with the numbers. I guess if you get your fat % down low enough and really carve yourself up you would weigh less. Dec 29, 2012 9:09pm
