How I Started:
I was just sick of being fat and out of shape. It was also the knowledge that I had wasted so much time and youth being fat. I decided that had to end.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling the strain on my body. I love seeing even the smallest improvements. And I love how close I feel to my body now, for a long time it was my enemy...now we are partners.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing muscle begin to show up under the flab. The fact that clothes that used to be tight now fit..and seeing the buff guy that I can be coming more and more into focus
BB Accomplishments:
Well I am down to a 36 inch waist. I haven't been here since the end of middle school.
Broke 200lb barrier 6/27/08
