nice cut arms,not too big

mainly I want to make my Abs and waist more definer and toned,because i want to pusue in male stripping in some time of my life.

yo whats up? yo son your abs look better than mine!!! but i dont really work on mine right now, you should do 100 cruches a night then do 5 sets of 20 reps of leg raises on a pull up bar, that should work for you!!!thats what im gonna do when im done bulking.
