I started working out after i had my daughter in 2000. I was overweight and unhappy with the way i looked and felt. I had always been a thin child and teenager so it was a bit of a shock to have to deal with being overweight after my pregnancy. I picked up a few Muscle and Fitness for her magazines, did some research on Bodybuilding.com and printed out some workouts to try. 7 months and 45 pounds later i was hooked!
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel, the
adrenaline rush i get, and i love feeling strong. I love looking at myself in the mirror and feeling proud of what i have accomplished.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by continually trying to make myself better and stronger. I use competing in figure competitions to help keep me going.
It also is a huge passion of mine to help people along their journey. I get great pleasure in seeing others achieve their goals.
BB Accomplishments:
My main concern was to continually improve and evolve.I think i have been successful in attaining my goals thus far, and will only get better with time
