PECS 1. Cable crossovers warmups for shoulders and pecs 40, 60, 80 lbs ea stack really working the ROM and stretch, then 1 rep ea weight 100, 120, 140, 160) each stack - 200 x 8! - up 1 rep. Short rest, then did unilaterally 200 x 5+ 2...
