i fined it very hard at times, espcially after a hard day of work. i just know when i get to my basement it's strictally buisness.

i put 30 pounds on in 3 months. i think it had to do with gettin older and working hard.

thanks a lot for the comment. i have nailed the week day eating habits, i am having trouble with these weekends haha. Weight lose is a Marathon not a sprint. so i am in it for the long haul. Thanks again
