Personal Info And Background:
Real Name:
Stevemark Caballero Jr.
Sex:
Male
Age:
26
Location:
California, United States
Occupation:
Being the best rolemodel i can be to others/ the people business.
I was always the small guy @135 lbs. people always commented on how skinny i was growing up,Always telling me to get some meat on me.. (heh).I have good gene's so i wanted to take advantage of that.
I started lifting for myself to get healthy and stay that way.I have been always taught to give 110%
I started in the garage of my old house with our Olympic bench set.I've always tried to lift before... but i Didn't know a great deal about how to gain weight the right way and workout routine's.One day after a while, i just got tired of everything that wasn't working for me and said that's it..this "IS" going to happen. So i stocked up on 100% whey protein and started reading Muscle & fitness ,Muscle Mag ...Educated myself and i have not looked back since..
I also had surgery for appendicitis in 03' and took a few month's to recover.Made me realize that we are not invincible and we should live everyday to the fullest & to not take advantage of our body.
Why I Love It:
It's my addiction, i crave it,want it and nothing is going to stand in my way from achieving success.Perfection is my goal and everyday is a improvement..
It's stress relief for me. At the end of the day i can walk in the gym with my mind cluttered, then walk out ready to take on anything. The adrenaline rush is like no other and i love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
"The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will." - Vince Lombardi...
From the people that support me and tell me i am doing a good job and to keep it up, they see me getting the result's i strive for and commending me for my dedication and will power to go further.
When people ask me for advice i don't hesitate to point them in the right direction. I'm always happy to pass on knowledge to the next motivated person to help them Achieve success.
BB Accomplishments:
Ive gained 30 pounds of lean muscle in a span of 2 years! keeping my body fat% under 8.I have completed every goal i have set in the last year and a half.. truly an awesome feeling.
